NEU nails 100% passing rate in Respiratory Therapist Board Exam

The first batch of New Era University (NEU) BS Respiratory Therapy graduates nailed a 100% passing rate in the 2019 Respiratory Therapist Board Exam, announced the website of the Philippine Regulation Commission(PRC).

Two working days after the test, the PRC released the result with 68.296 percent or 838 out of 1,227 takers who passed the licensure exam which was administered on September 17 and 18 in testing centers in Manila, Baguio, Davao, and Zamboanga.

The eight pioneering graduates of NEU who achieved the feat are: Melanie Joy F. Alcala, Ghenie Ann D. Bersamira, Jean Pierre P. Conception, Angela Marie F. Gabalfin, Christine Joy D. Gorospe, Monina Chantille L. Martinez, Marielle Ester O-L. Mayoralgo, and Ma. Kate Lyn Anne L. Salvador.

Only three schools, NEU along with Cebu Doctors University, and Far Eastern University- Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, attained a 100% passing rate.

In connection with this, NEU Family extends its heartfelt congratulations to the NEU Center of Medical and Allied Health Sciences (CMAHS), led by the Director, Dr. Genesis Rivera; and to the dean, Dr. Danahlyn Evangelista, for their stewardship of the college.
