COC Dean Margele A. Andres congratulated the faculty and students for their achievements amid the pandemic.  “Let me congratulate everyone because we won over a lot of things as we are facing this pandemic. I say, we won because as we look at where we are now since the (outbreak of) corona in the early months of 2020, a lot of triumphs were achieved,” she said. The dean added that “God guided and took care of us all the way. In complete trust, faith and love for Him. We will be able to conquer all.”
